About Candance marie photography

Based in the Southwest USA right in the heart of some of the most incredible desert landscapes such as Death Valley, Lake Mead, Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, Salt Flats Utah, The Grand Canyon, MOAB Utah, Las Vegas, and more, we love exploring this huge backyard of ours! Our nearest recreation area is 5 minutes from our house! We spend our summer months in our little travel RV traveling up and down the West Coast to capture Elopements and Micro Weddings in and around Mt Rainier, Glacier National Park, North Cascades National Park, Olympic National Park and Yosemite and regularly at Treehouse Point in Issaquah Washington where Candance works as an exclusive Elopement Photographer.

When we are not traveling the West Coast between June and September every year, we are home here in the desert capturing elopements and weddings in our own back yard.

We have an intimate knowledge of all of the places we travel to and shoot in both in the United States and Internationally. We have traveled to over 11 counties and 35 states. We have hundreds of picturesque locations, amazing accommodations and activity recommendations that would truly make your day unique to you and not to mention, vendor recommendations almost where ever you choose to go! Whether you're planning a desert elopement, mountain wedding or an adventure session along a rugged coast line, we got you. However, just know, Candance is the brains of the operation when it comes to logistics ;)!

Photography is not a job for us, its a passion. We eloped ourselves and even traveled half way around the world to do so all the way to the island of Santorini, Greece! It was a magical experience and we love putting that same magic into each couple who trust us to capture their day, because more than anyone else, we understand the intimacy behind why you choose to elope since we have done it ourselves. As a husband and wife team with over 20 years experience combined between the two of us, we truly believe that your wedding day can be your best adventure yet with the love of your life by your side.

When we are not behind our cameras, we are usually home bodies. We love spending time with our son, hiking, camping, playing board games and card games (hello Magic the Gathering and Pokemon), attending conventions, and Corey loves to make movies with his film company! Ask him anything about horror and you will have one great conversation. Candance is typically always crafting something new for her Etsy store, napping, planning the next family trip, or reading a book!
